Our customers appreciate the fact that all of our products are made without preservatives or artificial ingredients...and no gluten! When people ask us what the shelf life of our products is, our answer simply has to be that we don't know, mostly because they usually don't last more than a day or two after you get them home. Sometimes, they are eaten before our customers get to their cars and they come back for more...which is why we laughingly tell them that the shelf life is "from here to the car"!
We are also frequently asked about doing mail order, and we will, but with hesitation. You will understand in the following paragraph our reasons why.
At the heart of our business is our insistence on freshness rather than shelf life. We specialize in small batch production and we don't warehouse our product. It is quite likely that the nuts that you buy at the Market are just a day away or sometimes, even hours away from the time that they were made. In fact, we are happiest when we run out of nuts at the end of the day because it means that we have calculated our sales to the point that our nuts are at the peak of freshness when you purchase them.

All nuts are homemade and contain no dairy, no oil, no butter, no trans fat, no gluten and no preservatives.
